Three Girls Who Went Missing 10 Years Ago Are Found Alive

Three girls who all vanished approximately ten years ago and a number of children were miraculously found in a Cleveland Ohio home on May 6. Amanda Berry Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight were found alive in a home near the neighborhood where they grew up police confirmed. Amanda screamed for help when their captor left the house.

Amanda Berry Two Missing Girls Found

Amanda who vanished on April 21 2003 a day before her 17th birthday made a call to authorities on Monday May 6. Gina missing since April 2 2004 and Michelle 32 last seen in 2002 at age 21 were also in the house with Amanda.

Amanda s relatives confirm that one of the children also found is her daughter 6 that Amanda gave birth to while being held against her will.

The owner of the house Ariel Castro 52 who had lived in the house at 2207 Seymour Avenue since 1992 was arrested according to Radar Online. His two unnamed brothers who are 50 and 54 were also arrested.

I heard screaming I m eating my McDonalds I come outside I see this girl going nuts trying to get outside Charles Ramsey a neighbor told local News Net 5. I go on the porch and she says Help me get out. I ve been here a long time. I figure it was domestic violence dispute. So I opened the door and we couldn t get in that way. We kicked the bottom. She comes out with a little girl and says Call 911 my name is Amanda Berry. When she told me it didn t register until I called 911 I thought this girl was dead.

Amanda Berry Calls The Police

After escaping the home Amanda called police and told them she was being held captive in a house on the city s West Side and that Gina was with her.

Help me I m Amanda Berry. I need police. I ve been kidnapped. I ve been missing for 10 years Amanda told authorities. I m Amanda Berry. I ve been in the news for the last 10 years.

Amanda 27 and Gina 23 were taken to MetroHealth Medical Center. They are reportedly suffering from severe dehydration and slightly malnourished but alive.

The FBI and police will interview the women when they are discharged a detective said.
